Your AStrack tracking number is included in your order or shipping confirmation. It usually begins with “AST” followed by a series of letters and numbers.

My tracking number isn’t found — why?

Newly created shipments can take a little time to appear in the system. If your number was issued in the last few hours, please check again later.

How often is the status updated?

Statuses refresh automatically as new scan events are received from the carrier network, typically several times per day while in transit.

What does “Out for delivery” mean?

It means your package is on the delivery vehicle and is expected to arrive at the destination address that same day.

Who do I contact about a problem?

If your shipment shows an exception or a delay, please contact the seller you purchased from — they can open an inquiry on your behalf.
